این سند به زبان ساده توضیح میدهد اپلیکیشن «آکادمی راستین» چه اطلاعاتی را جمعآوری میکند، چرا آنها را جمعآوری میکند، چگونه از آنها استفاده یا آنها را به اشتراک میگذارد، و شما چه اختیاراتی دارید — از جمله اینکه چگونه میتوانید حساب کاربریتان را حذف کنید.
۱. ما که هستیم
«آکادمی راستین» اپلیکیشن آموزشی مجموعهٔ راستین است. این اپلیکیشن و وبسایت academy.raastin.com توسط راستین اداره میشود. برای هر پرسشی دربارهٔ این سیاست یا دادههای شخصیتان، از طریق support@raastin.com با ما در تماس باشید.
۲. دامنهٔ شمول
این سیاست برای اپلیکیشن اندرویدی «آکادمی راستین» (شناسهٔ برنامه: com.raastin.academy) و وبسایت academy.raastin.com اعمال میشود. آکادمی راستین یک اپلیکیشن آموزشی است: محتوای فارسی آموزش رمزارز — مقالههای آموزشی، تحلیل بازار و اخبار — که در سرویس وبلاگ راستین منتشر میشود. سایر محصولات و وبسایتهای راستین سیاست حریم خصوصی جداگانهٔ خود را دارند و مشمول این سند نیستند.
۳. اطلاعاتی که جمعآوری میکنیم
فقط آنچه را برای ارائهٔ سرویس لازم است جمعآوری میکنیم:
- شمارهٔ تلفن همراه. برای ساخت حساب کاربری و ورود، فقط شمارهٔ موبایل شما لازم است و آن را با ارسال کد یکبارمصرف (OTP) از طریق پیامک تأیید میکنیم. برای ساخت حساب، نام، ایمیل یا مدرک هویتی از شما نمیخواهیم.
- دادهٔ نشست و کوکیها. برای واردماندن شما، نگهداری تنظیمات و محافظت از نشست در برابر سوءاستفاده، از شناسههای نشست و رکوردهای مشابه (کوکی یا توکنهای معادل) استفاده میکنیم.
- دادهٔ دستگاه و استفاده. اطلاعات فنی دستگاه (مانند مدل دستگاه و نسخهٔ سیستمعامل) و رویدادهای درونبرنامه (مانند بازشدن صفحهها و الگوی کلی استفاده) را جمعآوری میکنیم. در صورت فعالبودن آمارگیری، این رویدادها از طریق سرویس تحلیلی AppMetrica (محصول Yandex) برای ما جمعآوری و پردازش میشود. این دادهها بهصورت تجمیعی برای فهم نحوهٔ استفاده از اپ و بهبود آن به کار میرود.
- لاگهای سرور. مانند تقریباً همهٔ سرویسهای اینترنتی، سرورهای ما بهطور خودکار لاگ فنی درخواستها را ثبت میکنند: آدرس IP، زمان درخواست، منبع درخواستشده و جزئیات فنی مشابه. از این لاگها برای امنیت، رفع اشکال و جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده استفاده میشود.
- محتوایی که میخوانید. مقالهها و اخباری که در اپ میبینید از سرویس وبلاگ راستین دریافت میشود. با بازکردن هر مقاله، درخواست شما (شامل آدرس IP) برای تحویل محتوا به آن سرویس ارسال میشود.
۴. نحوهٔ استفاده از اطلاعات
از اطلاعات بالا برای این مقاصد استفاده میکنیم:
- ارائه و راهبری سرویس — ورود با کد یکبارمصرف، نمایش محتوا و نگهداری تنظیمات شما؛
- بهبود سرویس — تحلیل تجمیعی استفاده برای فهم اینکه کدام محتوا و امکانات مفیدترند؛
- امنیت — تشخیص سوءاستفاده و تقلب، محافظت از حسابها و پشتیبانی از ورود دومرحلهای (2FA) اختیاری در صورت فعالسازی توسط شما؛
- پشتیبانی — پاسخ به پرسشها و درخواستهای شما؛
- انطباق با قانون — انجام تکالیف قانونیای که بر عهدهٔ ماست.
۵. اشتراکگذاری
ما دادهٔ شخصی شما را نمیفروشیم. اشتراکگذاری فقط در این دو حالت انجام میشود:
- با ارائهدهندگان خدمات (پردازشگرها) که در راهبری سرویس به ما کمک میکنند — مانند سرویس تحلیلی (AppMetrica)، زیرساخت و میزبانی، و سرویس ارسال پیامک که کد یکبارمصرف را به شما میرساند. این شرکتها فقط مجازند داده را برای ارائهٔ خدمت به ما به کار ببرند؛
- در موارد الزام قانونی — با مراجع ذیصلاح و در چارچوب تکالیف قانونی حاکم.
۶. نگهداری داده و حذف حساب
دادهٔ شخصی شما تا زمانی که حسابتان فعال است نگهداری میشود. هر زمان که بخواهید میتوانید حذف حساب و دادههای شخصی مرتبط با آن را با ارسال ایمیل به support@raastin.com درخواست کنید؛ شمارهٔ موبایلی را که حساب با آن ساخته شده ذکر کنید (ممکن است برای احراز اینکه آن شماره در اختیار شماست، از شما تأیید بخواهیم). پس از احراز، حساب و دادههای شخصی مرتبط با آن حذف میشود؛ تنها حداقلِ سوابقی که نگهداریشان الزام قانونی دارد (مانند برخی لاگهای امنیتی) باقی میماند و پس از پایان دورهٔ قانونی حذف خواهد شد. توجه کنید که حذف اپ از روی گوشی، بهخودیخود حساب شما را حذف نمیکند — برای حذف حساب به ما ایمیل بزنید. مراحل گامبهگام در صفحهٔ حذف حساب آمده است.
۷. کودکان
این سرویس برای افراد زیر ۱۸ سال طراحی نشده است و ما آگاهانه از افراد زیر ۱۸ سال دادهٔ شخصی جمعآوری نمیکنیم. اگر متوجه شویم حسابی متعلق به فردی زیر ۱۸ سال است، آن را حذف میکنیم.
۸. امنیت
دادهها در حین انتقال با رمزنگاری TLS (HTTPS) محافظت میشوند، دسترسی داخلی به دادههای شخصی به افرادی محدود است که برای راهبری سرویس به آن نیاز دارند، و برای حساب شما ورود دومرحلهای اختیاری فراهم است. هیچ روش انتقال یا نگهداریای صددرصد امن نیست، اما ما بهطور پیوسته برای محافظت از اطلاعات شما تلاش میکنیم.
۹. تغییرات این سیاست
ممکن است این سیاست را هر از گاهی بهروزرسانی کنیم. نسخهٔ جاری همیشه در همین نشانی منتشر میشود و تاریخ «لازمالاجرا از» در بالای صفحه، زمان آخرین تغییر را نشان میدهد. در صورت تغییرات مهم، از طریق اپ یا وبسایت به شما اطلاع میدهیم.

Raastin Academy — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 July 2026. This is an English translation of the Persian policy above; both describe the same practices.
This policy explains, in plain language, what information the Raastin Academy app collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account.
1. Who we are
Raastin Academy («آکادمی راستین») is the educational app of Raastin. The app and the website academy.raastin.com are operated by Raastin. If you have any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at support@raastin.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Raastin Academy Android application (application ID: com.raastin.academy) and to the website academy.raastin.com. Raastin Academy is an education app: it delivers Persian-language crypto-learning content — learning articles, market analysis, and news — published on Raastin's blog service. Other Raastin products and websites are covered by their own privacy policies, not by this one.
3. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Phone number. Creating an account and signing in require only your mobile phone number, which we verify by sending a one-time password (OTP) over SMS. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any identity document to create an account.
- Session data and cookies. We use session identifiers and similar small records (cookies or equivalent tokens) to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and protect your session against abuse.
- Device and usage analytics. We collect technical information about your device (such as the device model and operating-system version) and in-app events (such as which screens are opened and general usage patterns). Where analytics are enabled, we use AppMetrica, an analytics service provided by Yandex, to collect and process these events for us. This data is used in aggregate to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
- Server logs. Like almost every online service, our servers automatically record technical logs of requests: IP address, timestamps, the requested resource, and similar technical details. We use these logs for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Reading content. The articles and news you read in the app are fetched from Raastin's blog service. When you open an article, your request (including your IP address) is sent to that service so the content can be delivered to you.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide and operate the service — signing you in with an OTP, delivering content, and keeping your settings;
- improve the service — analysing aggregated usage to understand which content and features are most useful;
- keep the service secure — detecting abuse and fraud, protecting accounts, and supporting optional two-factor authentication (2FA) if you enable it;
- support you — answering your questions and requests;
- comply with the law — meeting the legal obligations that apply to us.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only:
- with service providers (processors) that help us run the service — such as the analytics service (AppMetrica), infrastructure and hosting providers, and the SMS provider that delivers your OTP messages. They may use the data only to provide their service to us;
- where the law requires it — with competent authorities, under applicable legal obligations.
6. Data retention and deleting your account
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time by emailing support@raastin.com; please include the phone number the account was created with (we may ask you to verify that you control that number). Once verified, we delete your account and the personal data associated with it; only the minimum records we are legally required to keep (such as certain security logs) are retained, and they are deleted when their legal retention period ends. Please note that uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account — email us if you want it deleted. Step-by-step instructions are on the account-deletion page.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will delete it.
8. Security
We protect data in transit with TLS (HTTPS) encryption, restrict internal access to personal data to the people who need it to operate the service, and offer optional two-factor authentication for your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at this address, and the effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we will inform you through the app or the website.
