این صفحه توضیح می‌دهد چگونه حذف حساب کاربری و داده‌های مرتبط با آن را در اپلیکیشن «آکادمی راستین» درخواست کنید. برای این درخواست نیازی به حذف اپ از گوشی نیست — و حذف اپ به‌تنهایی حساب شما را حذف نمی‌کند.

مراحل درخواست حذف حساب

1. ایمیلی به support@raastin.com با موضوع «حذف حساب آکادمی راستین» بفرستید.
2. شمارهٔ موبایلی را که حساب با آن ساخته شده، در متن ایمیل بنویسید.
3. برای احراز اینکه آن شماره در اختیار شماست، ممکن است از شما تأیید بخواهیم (مثلاً اعلام کدی که به همان شماره پیامک می‌شود).
4. پس از احراز هویت، حساب و داده‌های مرتبط حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز حذف می‌شود و نتیجه از طریق ایمیل به شما اعلام می‌شود.

چه داده‌هایی حذف می‌شود

• حساب کاربری و شمارهٔ تلفن همراه؛
• تنظیمات و داده‌های پروفایل درون اپ؛
• شناسه‌های تحلیلی قابل‌انتساب به حساب شما.

چه داده‌هایی نگه داشته می‌شود

تنها حداقلِ سوابق و لاگ‌های امنیتی که نگهداری‌شان الزام قانونی دارد، برای دورهٔ محدود — حداکثر ۱۲ ماه، مگر آنکه قانون دورهٔ طولانی‌تری را الزام کند — نگه داشته و سپس حذف می‌شود. داده‌های تجمیعی و بی‌نامی که به شخص شما قابل انتساب نیست ممکن است باقی بماند.

Delete your Raastin Academy account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it in the Raastin Academy app. You do not need to uninstall the app to make this request — and uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your account.

Steps to request account deletion

1. Email support@raastin.com with the subject "Delete my Raastin Academy account".
2. Include, in the email, the mobile phone number the account was created with.
3. We may ask you to verify that you control that number (for example, by confirming a code sent to it by SMS).
4. Once verified, your account and the associated data are deleted within 30 days at most, and we confirm the result to you by email.

What is deleted

• your account and your phone number;
• your in-app settings and profile data;
• analytics identifiers attributable to your account.

What is kept

Only the minimum security records and logs we are legally required to keep are retained, for a limited period — at most 12 months, unless the law requires a longer period — and are then deleted. Aggregated, anonymous data that cannot be attributed to you personally may remain.
